四六级写作基本句式
以下是短文写作中使用率最高、覆盖面最广的基本句式，每组句式的功能相同或相似，考生可根据自己的情况选择其中的1－2个，做到能够熟练正确地仿写或套用。

1．表示原因
1）There are three reasons for this．
2）The reasons for this are as follows．
3）The reason for this is obvious．

例如：
There are three reasons for the changes that have taken place in our life. Firstly, people’s living standard has been greatly improved. Secondly, most people are well paid, and they can afford what they need or like. Last but not least, more and more people prefer to enjoy modern life
注：如考生写第一个句子没有把握，可将其改写成两个句子。如：Great changes have taken place in our life． There are three reasons for this．这样写可以避免套用中的表达失误。

2．表示好处

例如：

开门见山，直入正题——在文章的开头就直接点明主题。
引用名言警句，推出主题——在文章开头引用一些名言或警句，以此来引出自己的观点，也是一种不错的方法。
描述现象，引发主题——这种写法要求先描述一种普遍存在的现象，然后再发表对该现象的看法和观点，从而点明主题。
陈述人们对讨论话题的不同看法，然后提出自己的观点——引用人们对某一话题不同观点的阐释后，提出自己的看法。
自问自答，引出主题——这种方式要求针对某话题先提出问题，然后给予解答，通过答案的方式来呈现观点。
以生活事件开篇，导出全文主题——从身边熟悉的人或事引发感想，导出主题，显得自然、贴切。
以上几种方法都比较常见，作文开头要精练，不要出现不必要的语法错误，这样就行了。

中间段：On the one hand, some people hold the view that …..
