第一章 概述

  一、考试性质
  中小学和幼儿园教师资格考试(简称:国家教师资格考试)是由国家制定考试标准,省级教育行政部门组织领导、省教育考试院统一管理实施的标准参照性考试;是一种国家教育考试项目。
  二、考试类别
  国家教师资格考试包括幼儿园教师资格考试、小学教师资格考试、初级中学教师资格考试、高级中学教师资格考试。申请认定中等职业学校文化课教师资格者,参加高级中学教师资格考试;申请认定中等职业学校专业课和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格者,部分考试科目参照高级中学教师资格考试组织,其余由省级教育行政部门确定。
  三、考试目的
  通过实施国家教师资格考试,考查申请人是否具备教师职业认知、基本素养、教育教学能力和教师专业发展潜质;进而严把教师入口关,择优选拔乐教、适教人员取得教师资格。
  四、考试对象
  凡浙江省内(含户籍或人事档案在浙江省)申请幼儿园、小学、初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格的人员须参加国家教师资格考试。
  2011年及以前已入学的全日制普通院校师范类专业学生,仍可持毕业证书直接认定相应的教师资格。2012年及以后入学的师范类专业学生,申请中小学和幼儿园教师资格须参加国家教师资格考试。
  五、报考条件
  申请参加国家教师资格考试的人员,应具备相应的学历条件: 
  除2011年及以前已经入学的我省中等职业学校学前教育专业(幼师班)学生,取得毕业证书后,可以报考幼儿园教师资格外,报考幼儿园教师资格的应当具备大学专科毕业及以上学历。
  报考小学教师资格的应当具备大学专科毕业及以上学历。报考初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校教师资格的应当具备大学本科毕业及以上学历;报考中等职业学校实习指导教师资格的应当具备大学专科毕业及以上学历,同时还应具备相当于助理工程师以上专业技术资格或者中级以上工人技术等级。
  全省列入国家普通高等学校招生计划的专科和本科在校毕业班学生,可凭学校学籍管理部门或教学管理部门(浙江大学在校本科毕业班学生持本科部)出具的证明报考教师资格考试。非浙江户口的在我省高校就读的全日制研究生,可凭学校学籍管理部门(浙江大学在校全日制研究生持研究生部)出具的证明,报考教师资格考试。
  六、考试方式
  国家教师资格考试包括笔试(机考)和面试两部分。笔试采用计算机化考试(简称:机考)和纸笔考试两种方式进行。
  2012年除幼儿园和小学教师资格考试笔试各科目采用机考方式外,其余类别笔试科目均采用纸笔考试方式。
  2011年参加国家教师资格考试单科成绩合格的,该科目今年可以免于考试。
  笔试各科成绩合格者,方可参加面试。面试采用结构化面试、情景模拟等方式进行。
