(3)新授部分的教学设计：
自主探究，获取新知识：教师通过多媒体给出图片，引导学生从图中提取出数学问题“王鹏每周应该跑多少米?每天应该跑多少米?”
组织学生分组讨论，解决问题：下面我们先来解决“王鹏每周应该跑多少米”这个问题，同学们按照数学小组进行讨论这样两个方面。
重点讲解列竖式的计算方法：
①教师引导学生根据之前学习的整数除法列竖式的方法探究被除数是小数时的竖式列法。
②应该对着被除数的哪一位写商?怎样表示商写在了十位上?
③除到被除数的十分位仍有余数，应该怎么办?与学生共同把这道除法竖式做完，并用乘法验算。
总结拓展：教师通过例子与同学们探讨在什么情况下，小数除法中商的最高位是0 ?
在前面教学的基础上，引导学生说出：只要被除数比除数小，商的个位上就不够商1。
